Mich Herkert - Develops Scraper Tool for CARR

CARR has been in desperate need of someone to take on the headache of developing a tool that would help us mine our 30,000 public records for data.  Many software engineers said it could be done, but no one was willing to take up the challenge until Mitch.  While CARR was only able to hire him for a portion of the work, he remained committed (to the bitter end) -- making sure the tool functioned properly and CARR staff understood how to use it.

Mitch continues to pursue a career as a software engineer in Southern California.  CARR is grateful for his assistance and is excited to now be in a position to further leverage our unique collection of public records on California's assisted living facilities to benefit consumers.
